Decision Intelligence for Complex Wealth.

Built for the advisory firms where a single client event - a business exit, a secondary sale, a trust amendment, a liquidity trigger - creates simultaneous consequences across every domain of a client's financial life.

The Story Behind Taurion.
Taurion was originally built for the most complex layer of alternative investment advisory — the decisions that required coordinating suitability, diligence, compliance, and client context simultaneously across private markets.
What we discovered in building that system was a larger and more fundamental problem: the same coordination challenge exists across every domain of complex wealth, not just private markets.
A founder approaching a liquidity event. An executive managing concentrated equity. A multi-generational family navigating an estate transition. Each faces the same structural gap: fragmented information, disconnected advisors, and no single system that maps how a decision in one area moves through everything else.
Taurion is now being built to solve that problem at the infrastructure level — a decision-intelligence platform designed for advisory firms whose clients need more than a collection of financial plans.
We are building with a small group of design advisors and early-access partners before broader launch. If you work at an advisory firm serving complex clients and want to help shape the platform, we'd like to hear from you.

Complex Clients Need a Decision System.
Most Firms Are Still Building One from Scratch.
Client decisions move through tax, estate, liquidity, insurance, investments, and family governance simultaneously, but advisory tools were built domain by domain.
AI tools make advisors faster at generating outputs from fragmented data. That's not the same as solving the underlying system.
When a major client event hits - a business exit, a secondary sale, a trust amendment - advisors rebuild the picture from scratch, under time pressure, every time.

Taurion maps the dependencies, models the scenarios, and governs the decisions, so advisory firms can coordinate across every domain of a complex client's financial life.

How Taurion Works.
Step 1
Build the Financial System.
Capture the client's full financial position — assets, entities, tax exposure, estate structures, business interests, liquidity needs, insurance, and family priorities — mapped as a live dependency network, not a static document.
Step 2
Model the Scenarios.
Before the client acts, compare the available paths. The Scenario Engine runs against the actual client data — surfacing cross-domain consequences that domain-specific tools were not built to show.
Step 3
Govern the Decision.
Every major decision produces a structured record: what information was available, what assumptions were used, what alternatives were modeled, who reviewed the analysis, and why the recommendation went the direction it did.
Every decision is logged in the Governance Ledger — making AI-assisted advisory recommendations structured, attributable, and reviewable after the fact.

Advisors: Coordinate Complex Client Decisions Across Every Domain.
Decision Graph
Maps dependencies across a client's full financial system: tax, estate, liquidity, insurance, investments, business interests, and family governance — as a live network, not a checklist.
Governance Ledger
Captures the reasoning behind every major decision: the information available, the assumptions used, the alternatives considered, the advisor review, and the outcome. Makes AI-assisted advice auditable from the point of analysis through the point of action.
Scenario Engine
Compares paths before the client acts. Runs against the actual client data, so scenario outputs reflect what is true about this client's situation today — not a hypothetical default.
Integration-Ready
Connects with the planning, portfolio, CRM, and custodial platforms advisory firms already use. Taurion operates as the decision layer above the existing stack, not a replacement for it.

Connect Taurion to Your Stack.
Taurion connects with the planning, portfolio, CRM, custodial, and document platforms advisory firms already use. The decision layer sits above the existing stack — capturing the data that lives across disconnected tools and mapping it into a single, governed client financial system.
Taurion is the decision layer that unites client financial data, advisor analysis, and governance documentation into a single, reviewable system.

FAQs
01
Is Taurion an RIA or broker-dealer?
No. Taurion is a technology platform. It does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Advisory firms configure and use the platform within their own compliance and supervisory frameworks.
02
How is Taurion different from financial planning software?
Financial planning software produces a plan — a projection based on assumptions. Taurion maps dependencies across a client's full financial system, models scenarios against that live data, and produces a governed decision record. It is the decision layer above planning software, not a replacement for it.
03
How does the Governance Ledger work?
The Governance Ledger captures the reasoning behind a consequential financial decision at the point of analysis: what data was available, what assumptions were used, what alternatives were modeled, who reviewed the output, and what drove the final recommendation. It makes AI-assisted advisory decisions structured, attributable, and reviewable after the fact.
04
What does onboarding look like?
Taurion is currently in design partner mode. Early access firms work directly with the Taurion team to configure the platform around their specific client workflows and compliance requirements before go-live.
05
Where is client data stored?
Encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls. No client data shared without explicit advisor authorization. Enterprise deployment options available.
